When Do We Refund?

We provide refunds only in the following cases:

  • Repeated delivery failures due to our logistics issues

  • Unable to provide replacement for damaged products

  • Wrong product delivered and correct item unavailable

  • Order cancellation within the eligible timeframe

Refund Process

Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Payment Method: Refunds are credited to your original payment method.

  • Online payments (card/UPI/net banking): Credited to your original account

  • COD orders: Refunded via UPI transfer (UPI details required)

Refund Deductions

The following amounts will be deducted from your refund:

  • Original shipping charges: Non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs: If applicable

  • Payment processing fee: 2.5% for online payments

Example Calculation

If you paid ₹1,500 (₹1,300 product + ₹200 shipping):

  • Refund amount: ₹1,300

  • Less: 2.5% processing fee = ₹32.50

  • Final refund: ₹1,267.50

Important Notes

  • All products are made-to-order with quality checks

  • Minor color variations between screen and print are normal

  • Products are high-quality prints, not hand-painted originals

  • This policy applies to all orders on femtoarts.in
